This delicate folk lullaby in minor mode will touch the hearts of all your young string players – and your audience. The melody is accompanied by linear, moving lines and the impressionistic harmonies add color and texture. Plus every instrument gets an opportunity to play the melody! A masterful example of a slow, elegant piece that will develop your string orchestra's sense of form, color and musicality. [2:30]
